When making a reservation, please mention:

- Your name & Family name

-Your home address
-Your (mobile) phone number
-For how many people you want to book
-If you bring kids younger than 18 years: when yes write the amount and the age of them
-If you need a baby bed

- The exact date of arrival

- The exact date of departure

-The time your plane lands at either Heraklion or Chania airport
-In case you don’t bought your airplane tickets but want to make sure we have a studio or apartment for you we can make a preliminary reservation for you. This preliminary reservation can last for a few days and is only possible if our planning allows it.

Booking conditions:

It is not possible to make a reservation for a specific studio. An exception applies for the double room apartment.

In case you have a preference for a specific studio, you can indicate this in your reservation request. We will do our best to give you the desired studio. However, we never will guarantee in any way that you will get the studio of your preference.

If the reservation is for more studios or for a long stay it’s possible that we request a deposit. IIn that case we will contact you about it.

Payment of a deposit into our bank account should be made within seven working days. A paid deposit will not be refunded.

Reservations, changes of reservations and cancellation of reservations can only be made through email.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices can change due to changes in regulations and/or taxation.

If you accept our offer for a reservation, you also accept the text as written above.
